Some documents in this world are of undeniable importance: the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights and more recently, AskMen's Top 99 Women of 2011 list.
This year's list, which marks the 10th anniversary of the hottie countdown, has some familiar faces on it, including Beyonce and Angelina Jolie, who have made the list every year since its inception.
Many of our most-beloved beauties, however, didn't even crack the top 50, leaving plenty of room for newcomers, including 'Mad Men' star Jessica Pare and new mom Miranda Kerr, filling in the top 10 and top five spots, respectively.
It was none other than 'Gossip Girl' star Blake Lively who earned this year's top spot on the list, with 'Black Swan' beauty Mila Kunis and 'Modern Family' vixen Sofia Vergara rounding out the top three.
So who else made the list? Check inside for more of AskMen's Top 99.
Lively, whose transformation from Upper East Side socialite Serena van der Woodsen to an Oxycontin-addicted single mom in gritty crime drama 'The Town' earned her critical praise, shot up the list this year, moving up from her number 85 ranking in 2010.
In addition to a number of new faces on the list, like Nicki Minaj, a number of AskMen favorites appeared in the ranks, including Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks, star of Kanye West's 'Runaway,' who earned the number four position, mom-to-be Natalie Portman, who comes in at number 11, and 10-year list vet Gisele, who takes the number 34 spot.
Filling out the top 10 are familiar faces Cheryl Cole, Scarlett Johansson, Katy Perry and Anne Hathaway, who took spots six through nine.
